If you made it all the way here, I expect you to be interested in muscle gains in some kind of way. Most people that have been going the gym for that exact reason, lack some guidance towards constructing a training plan that will allow them to move forward continuously.


Whether you’re a plain beginner or an intermediate/advanced individual who wants to get to the next level, I think anyone can take away at least something from these tips.

Even if it just got you to think about your own training in a slightly different way.


Side notes

Because muscles won’t grow out of thin air, it is important to note that none of this will be remotely ideal if your lifestyle doesn’t support your training. Important factors include stress management, sleep, sufficient calories and multiple high-quality protein feedings throughout the day to establish an anabolic environment to promote muscle hypertrophy.
